Should we remain silent if someone shouldn't receive Communion?

I’ve seen it answered here that it’s not our business what other people do, even with regard to Communion. But is that really so in all instances? While I agree that you should not worry about someone you hardly know, I think we need to hold those we do know accountable, just as we hold ourselves.
 
Like it or not, laypeople do not have the authority to hold other laypeople “accountable.” They can offer information, but they have no authority to interfere in another adult person’s spiritual decisions. See the link below for more information.
