Malleus: Well if some Modernist change merchants wish to embark on a slow change methodology wherein over a period of time they objectively return to the Tridentine Latin Rites and Valid Scripture and Traditional Sacraments and belief - we are not in opposition to same.

Right there!!! You seem to think that your version of what is Scripture in your church is valid. The blashpemy? Apparently Christ is more present in your sacraments than in the Churches. There is the blasphemy. You said it…not me. You CLEARLY stated that the OF sacraments are not traditional and do not contain what yours does. Respect for you is gone. Good day.

And BTW…you don’t need to put “Malleus:” in front of everything you say. It’s understood by all blogs and forums.

I was only playing with the poster. 🙂 Actually it’s a discipline that can not only be revoked but can be revoked RETROACTIVELY. Pope Leo XIII announced the Anglican Mass was invalid but also it had been invalid for some time. Of course, it had a lot to do with invalidating the order as well, but I think we can see the principle of *stare decisis *being set.

I have. I did not mention the Eastern rites. I suggested some people on this thread might need to improve their moods because the posts are getting a little snarky.

Maybe Rocky might want to look into a Remedial Reading Comprehension Class before he levels blasphemy charges.
 
May I make a suggestion? All of us, myself included should take a break from this thread until at least tomorrow evening. We can collect ourselves, take a deep breath, and CALM DOWN. Perhaps then we can get back to actual discussion without the name-calling and accusations (coming from all directions it seems). Are we in agreement?
