Should you fast after receiving communion?

When your receive the host, bits of it may get stuck in your mouth, between teeth for example. If this does happen, should you fast for a while until the bread has been broken down by saliva? Additionally, should you fast normally in case there is some stuck in your teeth that you don’t notice? Finally, and I know this is a bit of a non-sequitur for the title, but should you receive on the tongue to avoid getting any germs, sweat, etc from your hands on the host (when wishing each other peace and shaking hands, how do I know where other’ people’s hands have been?).
