Should you only forgive those who asks for it?

What is the consequence of us saying no to that question?

It means we want them to suffer.

That is a no no. “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” Jesus.
Forgiveness was given without asking.

Ok, seriously, grace, sin, and the states of heaven and hell are not that hard to understand.
