I recently finished watching:

Charmed (possibly the most bad-written and -acted series ever)
Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996 series)
Sabrina’s Secret Life
The Legend of Korra
Aw, Melissa Joan Hart! Was that on DVD?

PARKS AND RECREATION
The Office (US)
The IT Crowd (UK)
Downton Abbey (Keep it on pretty much constantly)
Rick and Morty
Suits
Chopped (This show is addictive. I can’t start this show without finishing out the episode)
Ken Burns’ Civil War.

Yes, but there’s a caveat: all of the songs that were not part of a live performance were replaced. Also, some (but not all) of the live musical performances were cut out entirely, resulting in some artists being credited as appearing (such as Phantom Planet and Avril Lavigne) but nowhere to be found. Even some performances by the cast (such as Mr. Kraft) were removed due to copyright. (I didn’t see the show much on TV, so I don’t know for certain everything that’s missing.)

Also, I watched “Sabrina’s Secret Life” on Netflix, but it’s since been removed. It’s a fun series that’s part of the animated continuity (which started with “Sabrina: The Animated Series”), not the live-action continuity, but the Harts were no longer involved. I’m currently writing a Sabrina/Cassandra ship fic for SSL and plan to write a Sabrina/Roxie fic for the live-action series once that’s done.

Also, also, I’m currently watching some episodes of the 2013 series, “Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch”. Totally separate continuity, but it’s fun in its own way.

Also, also, also, KJ Apa (Archie) said Sabrina’s supposed to show up in the season finale of “Riverdale” (this Thursday), but he said this way back when only the pilot had been filmed, so no idea if she’s still gonna show up or not. She will show up, though. One of the showrunners confirmed it.

I have been working my way through the original 1960’s Star Trek series, initially on Netflix, then bought the Blu-ray set. Recently finished Season 2.

Also working my way through Stargate Atlantis on Hulu, currently in the middle of season 3.

As for current shows, I caught the season premiere of Doctor Who. I also need to finish up the first season of A Series of Unfortunate Events on Netflix. I’ve really enjoyed that show; its dry, ironic brand of humor is right up my alley.

I watched about seven episodes of ‘Good Behavior’ on two airplane trips recently and found it surprisingly good. I watched most of the re-imagined ‘Battlestar Galactica’ a few months ago. Used to watch ‘The Man in the High Castle’ on Amazon Instant Video but kind of lost touch with it. It’s hard for me to watch ‘adult’ television programming as I have two children and am rarely alone without them (in my free time, I mean).

I do watch the original ‘MacGuyver’ every night on METV. Kind of a ritual. It’s not a bad show, actually. Oh and ‘Columbo’ every Sunday on the same channel.

NCIS (the original and LA)
Chicago Fire, PD and Med
Blue Bloods
Madame Secretary

I like Blindspot and the new MacGyver, but I’ve missed some episodes, whereas the above, I will manage my schedule not to miss. 😛

HGTV and DIY when I’m at a loss to find anything else.
Alaskan Frontier on Discovery Channel

Game of Thrones
Outlander
White Princess
Reign
Big Bang Theory

Mostly just GOT though.

The only shows I watch regularly are:
Jeopardy!
Survivor
Mother Angelica Live Classics

I catch these occasionally:
Dr Pol
Dr Jeff Mountain Vet
Dr Oakley Yukon Vet
Life Below Zero
The Vet Life
Hoarders
My 600lb LIfe

This thread makes me realize that most of the shows I have watched recently aren’t currently on TV anymore. I just watched the finale of Grimm the other day, which is probably that last show I watched that is (was) still on the air. My wife and I started watching Stargate SG-1 on DVD. That will take a while to get through.

A lot of Game of Thrones fans on here. Isn’t there a lot of morally problematic components to that show (e.g. nudity, etc.)? I’ve never seen it.

I just recently was chatting with my sons’ piano teacher, who was suggesting songs that his students like to play (so I could print out sheet music and have my son give it a try at home) and he said Game of Thrones was a very popular one. Which means that kids are watching it with their parents! (Although the teacher explained it away by suggesting that the kids are only listening to the theme music when their parents watch it - which I don’t find convincing at all.)

I actually thought that about “A Handmaids Tale” I read the book years back and it’s antichristian in book. GOT though is a more realistic show in that it takes elements of history and ads in some fantasy.

Jeopardy!
Aerial America (Smithsonian Channel)
Dragon Ball Super
Gunsmoke (the old half-hour episodes on ME TV. Despite being 60, I was too young to remember these earlier episodes before it switched to the hour-long format)
Dr Who when I get a chance, which is far too seldom
Star Trek Deep Space Nine now that there is finally a channel running it. Wears so much better than TNG.
RV and Log Cabin Living on GAC

Back in the day (i.e., late 1990s) the younger DD and I were big fans of Sailor Moon even though the Funimation dub was less than stellar, along with Dragon Ball and DBZ
Out of curiosity what channel are you watching Deep Space Nine on?

Andi Mack on Disney Channel.

Heroes. Only recently started getting it in the Spectrum lineup since Spectrum took over Time Warner. (first daily comes Star Trek, then TNG, then DS9, then Voyager, so you get a nice 4 hour block). That station also runs Hercules the Legendary Journeys and Xena Warrior Princess which I remember my then teens wanting to watch at first and becoming rapidly bored with!

Twin Peaks
Game of Thrones
The Affair
The Leftovers
Lucha Underground
The Walking Dead

I need to switch back to Spectrum.

BBC America went from TNG to Voyager and skipped DS9 completely.

DS9 is the best Star Track. Just sayin’

Also, the new MST3K on Netflix is amazing.
