Please pray for me…I think I am coming down sick with some kind of illness and I don’t know what it is, it’s really scaring me and I have to wait until morning to go to the doctor’s. It’s going to be a tough night because I know I’m not right with God and I’m afraid that something is really wrong with me…dealing with a lot of anxiety right now. thank you :’(

Praying hard for your return to good health and peace of mind.

May the Lord be with you in your time of need. In Jesus name we pray.
Amen:gopray2:

I pray that you will find God’s Peace, Comfort and Grace in your time of worry. Having suffered with Anxiety and Depression for over 20 years, I recommend reading the Psalms and seeing how often David calls upon God in his anxious times. It has been a great comfort to me!

Can you get to church and visit with a priest for confession? If not, then I firmly believe that if you desire the Sacrament of Reconciliation in your heart and cannot physically do so, then you can say the Act of Contrition and receive God’s Mercy and Grace until you can actually visit a priest:

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell. But most of all because I have offended you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life. Amen.

Also, eat well, take a good multivitamin and supplement that with a dose of vitamin C and B Complex if you can. These are not only good for “what ails you”, but good for anxiety as well - especially the B vitamin group.

Please let us know how you are doing and if we can help in any other way. God Bless you!

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now, and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
