I was just flipping through the guide (one of the pitfalls of having over 100 channels) and a show on TBN caught my interest. Sid Roth, a Messianic Jew hosts a show called “It’s Supernatural”. His guest is a guy named LA Marzulli.
Very heavy on dispensational theology, but strangely interwoven in this is talk of the bible code, the Torah code, government cover-ups about UFO’s and aliens and how they fulfill prophesy and mark the end times, and how aliens will bring technology including a chip that will alter our dna allowing us to live to be 500 years old, and the chip is (drumroll please) the mark of the beast.
Does this type of thinking have any legitimacy in non-Catholic circles, or would these guys be considered on the extreme edge of the lunatic fringe?
