LOL.
I ask because we bought it tonight at Target, and while the directions seemed clear…we’re thinking we might have been cheating? lol
So…here’s the question…say I create the word…YEARN…and you come along and add the word ‘s’ to the end of my word…do you get credit for the whole word (with the s)…even though I created the word? I want to say that you do, but you just don’t get credit for the ‘double’ word blocks, and so on, if you landed on those. Only the person who created the word gets those squares as credit.
So…is this right? (the bolded part?)
I encourage everyone to get back to boardgames. We have become too much of a techie family, with video games, and computer online play, and my son and daughter really liked just sitting around in the kitchen…playing a basic board game…like dh and I did as a kid. We used to play cards a lot, and monopoly, but monopoly takes a year and a day. This was really great fun! Best part…Scrabble only costs $12 at Target. LOL:thumbsup:
