I was wondering if this kind of retreat is very helpful in a discernment process? have you attended this retreat before?

I have found that making a retreat can be very helpful in the discernment process. I have participated on several silent directed retreats. If you are open the the Lord, He will direct you.

I did one which last 5 days. It was hard first but then I was really plunged in a new way of praying, of seeking God. That’s so strong!
