Are there any sub-groups, or sects, or orders (not sure of the proper nomenclature) that are Roman Catholic, but similar to the Amish in that they live simply, in communion with each other, and are very close knit.

In general, members of any religious order live very simply and in community…but there is also a movement out there called Plain Catholics who have a lot in common with the Amish.
