Sin and God's will

Sin is bad because it goes against God’s will. Fornication is a sin. Fornication can result in a new life. God loves new life, and he plans them. But that new life was created by a sin which was against God’s will. And now I’m confused.
 
The same applies to rape.

Good effects might come from bad actions, and that doesn’t mean they cease to be bad actions.

God manages to bring forth great goods even out of the bad materials we provide.
