Sin of Scandal in Confession

If you have a sin that you believe would lead your confessor into an occasion of sin (innapropriate thought, for example), is it a sin to confess it?

Could this be justifying ends for means since you are sinning in order to be forgiven?
 
Your confessor has all the grace he needs to avoid sins as a result of what you confess. That said, many scrupulous people tend to include many more details in their confessions than is necessary. If you have an impure thought, you need only say that you had an impure thought, along with any detail that changes the nature of the sin. For example, if the thought concerned some deviant behavior, you might simply name that rather than describe it.
