Hi,
Along with praying and just being charitable to them, what can you say to people who don’t want to think about sin or salvation, or the fact that we all sin and need salvation specifically by Jesus Christ and no one else? How do we explain that salvation comes through no one else but Jesus Christ, and all anyone else can do that is good for us is lead us to Christ? What do you say to people who are afraid of admitting that they do not get into Heaven by “being good people” (“only God is good” says Jesus) and Jesus does not owe them salvation, but that they have to confess their sins and ask for His mercy? I see people who are miserable because they refuse to go to Jesus. And they are hostile to anyone who says they absolutely need Jesus. In addition to loving them and praying for them, and performing works of spiritual and corporal mercy for them and others God puts in our path, what should we keep in mind when interacting or talking or answering questions with these people? And please pray for me and those I meet in my attempts to lead people to Christ and the Sacraments of His Church. I ask that you pray to St. John the Baptist to help me obtain conversions to Christ’s Sacred Heart, Precious Blood, Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. Pray that I may embody the mercy and love of Christ, that I may be invisible, and the only thing on the persons mind when I speak is when I will shut up so they can go visit their Lord, God, Creator and Savior, in the Adoration chapel, or at Mass.
Please pray to Mary as well, asking Her to assist me in bringing people to Her Divine Son by granting the people to whom I try to reflect Christ’s love through the faculties of my poor miserable body the graces they need to see Christ’s reflection as if through a darkened mirror. Seeing in my a dim reflection of Christ’s all encompassing love, as if through glass darkly, may they immediately reject my poor imitation for the real thing and immediately go to adore Jesus in the Tabernacle or in the exposed Blessed Sacrament on the altars throughout the world.
