Singing Pater Noster While The Other Sings The Lord's Prayer

IS IT OK IF DURING A MASS I SING THE*** PATER NOSTER*** WHILE THEY ARE SINGING THE "LORD’S PRAYER" IN OUR LANGUAGE? ALSO DURING THE SINGING OF AGNUS DEI ??

IS IT ALSO OK IF I PRAY THE ROSARY IN LATIN? I PRAY THIS WITH THE TRANSLATION (LATIN-ENGLISH) IN THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF EACH PRAYER… IS IT OK?

I FEEL THAT THE PRAYERS IN LATIN IS VERY SOLEMN AND I FEEL THAT I REALLY BELONG TO THE LATIN CATHOLIC CHURCH.

(1) Nope. That would be incredibly rude.

(2) Knock yourself out as long as you are not praying with a group who is praying in a language other than Latin.
 
As long as you are singing softly and aren’t disturbing anyone else’s prayer, I don’t see anything wrong with it.

If I attend a Mass where I don’t know the language, I often just say the prayers softly in English. Where the prayer is meant to be said aloud, I think this is quite preferable to standing silent and saying the prayer mentally. I do the same when I attend a Mass where the prayers are not the ones given in the Missal.

We actually have a music minister who sings the Agnus Dei in Latin while the congregation and her partner sing in English.

The Rosary is a private devotion. You can say it any way you want when saying it privately. If saying it in a group, you should conform to the custom of the group. I have been to rosaries where different decades are led by people who use different languages (in my youth, it was usually Italian, now it is Spanish). If you are in such a group, Latin would be ok too.
