Singing the Eucharist Prayer

can anyone tell me if it is Litergically correct for the piano or organ to accompany the priest when he is singing the “Eucharistic Prayer”?
 
Redemtionis Sacramentum says:

"53. While the Priest proclaims the Eucharistic Prayer “there should be no other prayers or singing, and the organ or other musical instruments should be silent”,
