I don’t want to pray anymore.
I don’t want to go to mass anymore.
I don’t want to do God’s will anymore.
I don’t want to exist anymore.
I don’t even want to ask for help or prayers, but some sort of feeble inner voice tells me I ought to do so. Usually praying for others helps me greatly, however, I am finding it harder and harder to muster up the energy or will to do so. I’ll keep trying, but pray for me, will you? My heart just feels broken.
 
Buddy. I’m praying for you. You’ve totally been one of my heroes here. I don’t want you to feel spent like this. But I do know what it’s like. Sometimes I’ve felt drained like this. And all it’s taken has been a tap on the shoulder. From an unexpected friend.

So man this is me tapping. This is me telling you how much I’ve appreciated what you’ve done for me in the past. For me and others. In praying for our intentions. In just being that slice of stability.

So take a couple days or longer and rest. Relax. Take a deep breath. And then come back to us recharged.

I understand how you feel and feel it myself lately - especially today.
I know it is hard, but have faith - you have been so kind in your prayers for me and others. Your prayers have brought me great comfort even when I feel like giving up.
Know that we are praying for you as well.
 
Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom in your time of need.

I love you. God Loves you infinitely. There is a reason for this. Trust in Jesus. Hope in His Mercy.
 
not wanting to pray is one thing and not wanting to exist is another. You sound depressed. Have you been experiencing this emptiness for a long time or just for today? Because if its been going on for a while I recommend looking up some ways to get out of a “rut” or at least figure out whats going on. It might be spiritual, it might even be associated with your physical health. Hang in there, I’ll pray for you
 
praying for you to feel better about life. I have been where you are and it is not fun. praying for you to see all the good things about you and how God created you as part of his plan. you are important.

You may feel like your sinking ,but Jesus know,s what your going threw ,sometimes we are tested too see if we can bear what comes before you,I feel like I was sinking, but I ask the Lord not too let my head fall below ,and drown, and the Lord came and held my head up and,now I,am doing much better.every give up in God ,God Loves you and will never abandoned you.,

Thank you for everyone who prayer for me- especially you, velvetsky. I appreciate them very much. I’m doing better now. I went to confession last Saturday and walked through the door of mercy. I suffer from severe depression and this time of year is the hardest for me. Please know I keep all of you in my heart and offer all my sufferings for those on CAF, especially those who also suffer from mental illnesses. God bless you all.
