Do people who cross dress commit mortal sin? Is it only a sin for girls or girls and guys?

I would say that it depends on why they are cross dressing. And it would apply to both.
Cross dressing for comedy or playing pretend (like if acting) would be different than if you cross dressed because you identified with the opposite gender (transgendered).
