Sister demon possessed?

Please pray for my sister and my family. My sister thinks she is possessed by demons and is doing a lot of strange things - like falling out in church and spitting during the church service. She is attending a Pentecostal church and they are trying to help. I don’t know too much about the situation. My family thinks she may be mentally ill but we do not know for certain. My sister’s husband tried to have her “committed” and hospitalized her last Thursday. However, the doctors sent her home the next day - not finding anything seriously wrong with her.

I appreciate your prayers. I am praying for your posts as well.

See if she is willing to meet with a priest to evaluate her situation. It’s not likely she’s outright possessed but if there are demonic influences in her life, he might be able to determine the best course of action.

I’ll have to recommend she avoid the Pentecostal service. It’s difficult to determine exactly who is in charge in a place like that. Indeed, they could be a negative influence on her. She can find all the grace she needs in the Sacraments, especially Communion and Reconciliation.

Holy Spirit of God please protect her family and all around her from spiritual and other harm=.
If there is a psychological cause or a deliberate intent, please reveal and heal these.
 
Thanks so much for all your prayers. My sister lives in Florida and I am in Texas. So, I have little influence over the situation. I will call a priest about this and see if there is anything that can be done on that end.

If you phone your own priest he will be able to give you sound spiritual advice and may be possible for him to contact your sisters priest also!
