Please pray for my sister Elizabeth.
She has an infection, liver and kidney damage. She is in intensive care on a ventilator and feeding tube. They have placed her in a medically induced coma. It came on suddenly (1 week) she is in her 60s.

She was gracious enough to be a Confirmation sponsor for 2 of my children.
Please ask St Joseph to intercede.

Dear Father in heaven,

I pray for Elizabeth who has a viral infection, liver and kidney damage. Please Holy Spirit, touch Elizabeth and restore her to her fullself, so she can live and praise and worship.
Grant this Oh Lord, through your Your one and only precious Son, the Lord Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with you and unity with the Holy Spirit, for ever and ever. Amen.

Prayer to St Joseph:

Ever blessed and glorious Joseph, kind and loving father, and helpful friend of all in sorrow! You are the good father and protector of orphans, the defender of the defenceless, the patron of those in need and sorrow.
Look kindly on my request. My sins have drawn down on me the just displeasure of my God, and so I am surrounded with unhappiness. To you, loving guardian of the Family of Nazareth, do I go for help and protection. Listen, then, I beg you, with fatherly concern, to my earnest prayers, and obtain for me the favours I ask.
I ask it by the infinite mercy of the eternal Son of God, which moved Him to take our nature and to be born into this world of sorrow.
I ask it by the weariness and suffering you endured when you found no shelter at the inn of Bethlehem for the Holy Virgin, nor a house where the Son of God could be born. Then, being everywhere refused, you had to allow the Queen of Heaven to give birth to the world’s Redeemer in a cave.
I ask it by the loveliness and power of that sacred Name, Jesus, which you conferred on the adorable Infant.
I ask it by the painful torture you felt at the prophecy of holy Simeon, which declared the Child Jesus and His holy Mother future victims of our sins and of their great love for us.
I ask it through your sorrow and pain of soul when the angel declared to you that the life of the Child Jesus was sought by His enemies. From their evil plan, you had to flee with Him and His Blessed Mother to Egypt.
I ask it by all the suffering, weariness, and labours of that long and dangerous journey.
I ask it by all your care to protect the Sacred Child and His Immaculate Mother during your second journey, when you were ordered to return to your own country.
I ask it by your peaceful life in Nazareth where you met with so many joys and sorrows. I ask it by your great distress when the adorable Child was lost to you and His mother for three days.
I ask it by your joy at finding Him in the temple, and by the comfort you found at Nazareth, while living in the company of the Child Jesus.
I ask it by the wonderful submission He showed in His obedience to you.
I ask it by the perfect love and conformity you showed in accepting the Divine order to depart from this life, and from the company of Jesus and Mary.
I ask it by the joy which filled your soul, when the Redeemer of the world, triumphant over death and hell, entered into the possession of His kingdom and led you into it with special honours.
I ask it through Mary’s glorious Assumption, and through that endless happiness you have with her in the presence of God. O good father! I beg you, by all your sufferings, sorrows, and joys, to hear me and obtain for me what I ask.
Please intercede for Elizabeth who has a viral infection, liver and kidney damage, so she can be restored to full life, so she can praise and worship our Lord.
Obtain for all those who have asked my prayers everything that is useful to them in the plan of God. Finally, my dear patron and father, be with me and all who are dear to me in our last moments, that we may eternally sing the praises of: JESUS, MARY AND JOSEPH.
“A blameless life, St. Joseph, may we lead, by your kind patronage from danger freed.”

Prayer for Physical Healing

Lord, we come before You trusting in Your mercy
and love. We pray for You to heal Elizabeth of her
illness. Touch her now in the areas of her body
that need Your healing love. Let warmth penetrate
every cell, every nerve, and every tissue in her
sick body. Replace all sick cells with new and
healthy cells. Cast out anything that should not
be in her. Cleanse all infections, remove all
inflammations, open any blocked arteries and
veins and rebuild all damaged areas. Strengthen
her body, her mind, emotions and, spirit. And by the
same power which You created her, heal and recreate
her, Lord.

Give her the grace to accept this pain and suffering
with patient resignation. Have mercy on her and
forgive her sins. Let her find peace amid her suffering
and offer it for the salvation of souls. With eyes of
faith, let her see the blessings out of this physical sickness.
And after she has been healed, may she be a witness of
Your healing love and power; and may she serve you
for the rest of her life. In Jesus’ name we pray, through Mary,
Joseph, and all the angels and saints.
Amen.

I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; He descended into hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Prayer to Sts. Nazarius and Celsus

Saint Nazarius and Saint Celsus, not very much is known of your lives, other than you were both martyred for the faith by Emperor Nero. St. Ambrose discovered your relics and a vital of your blood. Many miracles were wrought by appeal to both of you. One of the legends surrounding the two of you was that St. Nazarius’ mother was Saint Perpetua, that beautiful and steadfast saint who was herself martyred years before. It was said Saint Celsus was a companion of Nazarius.
Having both of you as an early example of courage, loyalty, and perseverance to the end, please pray that we may likewise obtain those virtues. Intercede and plead for us to God, that He may have mercy on our weaknesses, and give us an abundance of grace because of them. May we be willing to even shed our blood for the Faith if Christ asks it of us. I also ask you to hear and succor the petitions laid before you this day.
Pray for us, Saints Nazarius and Celsus!
Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Elizabeth. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Elizabeth’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Remember,
O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help or sought thy intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence,
I fly unto thee,
O Virgin of virgins my Mother;
to thee do I come,
before thee I stand,
sinful and sorrowful;
O Mother of thy Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in thy clemency hear and answer me.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace,
The Lord is with Thee;
Blessed art thou among women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Our Father,
who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
