Hello all,
Although I am not Catholic, I believe very much in the power of prayer and believe there are strong prayer warriors on this forum.

Please pray for my older sister (Mary Ann) who was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer after finding a lump under her arm and getting it checked out. Apparently, the cancer has spread. She recently started chemo on it. I hope and pray they caught it in time. She is in her late 60’s.

Praying to St. Peregrine for Mary Ann’s healthy & recovery & successful treatment plan.

Prayer to St. Anthony for Those With Cancer

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus
as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness,
please intercede for all those with cancer. If it is God’s will,
may the gift of healing be granted to Tommy999’s sister.
Comfort her during times of unbearable pain, and ask Our
Lord to grant her peace and patience in suffering. May
God grant her the fullness of life here on earth, or call her
home to eternal glory forever. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

You don’t have to be a catholic to post here. I’m an active member and I’m not a catholic. 🙂

I’m praying for Mary Ann. May the Lord heal her and prevent the cancer from spreading.

Hail Mary,
Full of grace,
The Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb,
Jesus
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of death,
Amen

My dear patron Fathers, who greatly helped me during my surgery and recovery, please pray for this intention.

Thanks to all for your prayers for my sister. Much appreciated.

Prayer to Pope St. Celestine I

Pope St. Palestine, you were a contemporary and friend of St. Augustine and St. Ambrose. You defended the Faith against many heresies, including Pelagism. When the Goths sacked Rome, you were instrumental in rebuilding the churches.
In light of the conflicting and dark times in which you lived in, we ask for your prayers and intercession, confident that you understand and sympathize with those who also live in a chaotic and stressful times. I ask you to especially lift up to God these intentions presented to you today. Pray that we may show perseverance, courage and resilience to the relativism, agnosticism, and misguided compassion that overruns our society today. Pray that we may be a living witness to the power of Christ working in the Church now. And finally, pray that we may be able to thank you for your prayers and intercession face to face in heaven.
Amen.

Pope St. Celestine I, pray for us!

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; He descended into hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

**Saint Lucy

Whose beautiful name signifies ‘LIGHT’

by the light of faith which God bestowed upon you

increase and preserve His light in my soul

so that I may avoid evil,

Be zealous in the performance of good works

and abhor nothing so much as the blindness and

the darkness of evil and sin.

Obtain for me, by your intercession with God

Perfect vision for my bodily eyes

and the grace to use them for God’s greater honour and glory

and the salvation of souls.

St. Lucy, virgin and martyr

hear my prayers and obtain my petitions.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Mary Ann. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Mary Ann’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
