The Sisters Adorers of the Precious Blood is founded in 1861 by Catherine Aurelia Caouette in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada, a Community of cloistered contemplative religious women, who dare to be different by holding fast to the gloriously rich traditions of our Holy Roman Catholic Church and are very proud to be especially chosen by our beloved Lord Jesus and seek every opportunity to glorify and make known the tremendous power of His Precious Blood.
Now there are nineteen monasteries of the Precious Blood in the United States, Canada, and Japan.

Amen to the Sisters Adorers of the Precious Blood,

I visited them several times in their Monasteries and always felt a blood transfusion with the Precious Blood in many ways. You never pray and live the Holy Mass the same way after visiting them. You paint the Church Red with His Blood. In order to participate in their interior life, you can purchase a little red book intitled, Peace Prayers with the Precious Blood, I believe. The foundress of the Sisters has the mission to adore the I Thirst of Jesus just as Blessed Mother Teresa has the mission of quenching that Thirst for souls and making it known. Wonderful to see how their Orders complement each other in continuity. We must all adore, live and quench the Thirst of Christ for our souls.

Hello,

I confirmed the title of the prayer book put out by the Sister Adorers of the Precious Blood. It is called: Peace through the Blood of His Cross Prayer Book. I just ordered some. It is the most recent edition of an older prayer book.

i actually contacted the sisters to ask for their founder’s relic and to help people know more of her by spreading devotion…
 
My impression is that this community badly needs vocations. It appears to be one of several which are ignored by those discerning the contemplative life. Others are the Servants of the Blessed Sacrament founded by Bl. or St. Peter Eymard, Sacramentine Nuns in Scarsdale, NY and Redemptoristine Nuns who were removed from Esopus NY by the Redemptist Fathers, on whose land they resided, and now are in St Louis.
 
Prayers for vocations are needed now more than ever for more religious Sisters of the Sisters Adorers of the Precious Blood!
