The very fact that they accept only vocations who attend the Extraordinary Form exclusively shows that they are in fact NOT traditional, as Catholic Tradition is bigger than the EF.

The Thuc-lineage bishops do not derive their succession from the Episcopal Church, as Thuc himself was not an Episcopalian.

However, Sanborn and his followers are sede-vacantists, and as such are neither traditional nor Catholic.
