I have never visited the site but heard Fr. Larry Richards mention it in one of his talks (I think it was his talk on Confession) as a site to go to.
He mentioned that it was not a Catholic site, but very helpful in dealing with habitual sin (I believe in his talk he was going over the sin of masturbation).
