Skipping Mass?

In my area, there is supposed to be a blizzard tonight, going into tomorrow. The government has recommended that if not necessary, we remain indoors tonight. I am young (16) and usually walk to Church, preferably during daylight hours, since my parents don’t go. I would feel bad about not attending, but is this a valid reason to skip mass tomorrow?
