Mine sat on the floor and cooked like crazy with all the pans and wooden spoons. I bought them lots of fisher price plastic veggies and play hambergers and they had a blast “cooking” them.
There are probably more upgrades than just that - you need to talk to the renter.That’s OK. Do you think they’re a bad idea for a family with a soon-to-be toddler? The apartments without it are $150 more per month
Well, it’s that and new kitchen cabinets and a new countertop. Which don’t make much of a difference to me, since we’ve been living in an unrenovated apartment. The only difference that matters to me is the louver wall cutting off the view of much of the living area. In my current (horrifically tiny) kitchen, I can see almost the entire apartment, aside from the hallway, which has been gated off.There are probably more upgrades than just that - you need to talk to the renter.
