I feel almost bad asking for this considering all the heavy things people are asking prayers for, but I could really use prayers for a decent night’s sleep if anyone doesn’t have too much to do. :o Thanks.

I will pray for you tonight that you get a good night’s sleep. It is essential for your mental as well as physical health.

Hail Mary, full of grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women,
And Blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now, and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Sleep is important, continued sleep deprivation can result in mental problems, aside from the fat that is’s distressing…Jesus please grant peace and sleep to Rick and to all those struggling to rest. Help those who are ill, worried and unhappy to sleep in peace.
Please give Your great kindness and Your loving presence to insomniacs
including those who are ill and in pain,
to those who are unable to rest due to anxieties and traumas.

Nothing is too minor to ask of Our Lord.
A good night’s rest is very important for good health.
A lot of physiological processes take place during sleep.
I will pray for you and hope that insomnia will soon be a thing of the past.
God bless you.
