I did something really sinful. I cried about it and I heard a Voice in my head that said I was Forgiven. Am I still under Mortal sin. Can I take the Eucharist? Im going to confess it any way but confession is next week!

No. (That voice may have been the devil himself, for all you know. )Go to confession.

You have repented of the sin, but you cannot be completely forgiven until you recieve absolution from a priest.

Call your local Priest, and see if you can make an earlier appointment

If what you have done is a mortal sin, please, PLEASE do not take communion until you have confessed to a priest! No voice in your head can grant you absolution, no matter how convincing. Only a priest, standing in the place of Christ himself, can do that. It would be a grave offense for you to receive the eucharist until you have gone to confession.

You must go to confession. If its been awhile and your a bit timid, ask the priest to help you and he will. You have identified the sin and realize you are in need of mercy and thats wonderful. Experience the compassion of Christ thru the sacrament. 👍
