I have been with my husband for 12 years and married for 6 years. We have two kids a 2 year old and a one year old. Lately, my husband and I’s problems having been worsening and tonight’s argument is seeming like our last. My husband has a bad temper and sometimes he does and says things that he later regrets. As for me I have a mouth. I try to hold in my feelings a lot but sometimes my words just slip out. We are looking at finding a divorce attorney on Monday. I have to admit I haven’t been the perfect wife but I have tried my best. I’m getting tired of always holding us together and away from divorces. It just seems so much easier and less painful to just get it done and over with. My husband is being a man and just acting like he doesn’t care. Acting like the time we spent together was nothing. Are arguments are mostly about our kids, how they are being raised, and how they act. Please keep us in your prayers.

hangin by a thread… I am right there with you only my wife has lost hope in our marriage… I will pray for you and your husband to find that connection, small as it may be, to get back to the good times.

As someone who has considered divorce, I urge you not to make this decision without a great deal of thought and prayer. There’s so much you don’t say – Do you love each other? Have you tried counselling? Have you spoken with your priest?

This is not a decision to be taken lightly. Please take time to see if you can work through this. It sounds like there’s not a lot of communication about your feelings – on either side – until an argument breaks out. Counselling may be able to help with that.

Dear Heavenly Father, we pray for healing of this marriage thru forgiveness, compassion and understanding and most of all love. In Jesus’ Name, we pray thru Mary. Amen.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.
Amen.

I pray for you and your family.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph.
Pray for us.

For the sake of your family and your faith, you and your husband need to work to save your marriage. Get counseling. Talk to your priest. Go to confession. Throw yourself at the altar of God. Do all that you can. And then do more. Learn to love each other as Christ loves His Church. Learn forgiveness. Lean on Him.

Divorce destroys faith, it destroys women and men, and it destroys children. Think of what kind of suffering that they will go through for the rest of their lives. You can change this.

Don’t give up.

I pray for your family and your situation, do not give up hope. Pray for peace to enter your marriage, and do everything that you can to save it. May God bless you, and comfort you, and sustain you.

Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Holy Michael the Archangel defend us in the day of battle.
Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the Power of God,
thrust down to hell, satan and all the wicked spirits,
who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession and was left forsaken. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, a sorrowful sinner. Despise not my words, O Mother of the Word, but in your mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen

Thank you so much for your prayers. We will also keep you and your family in our prayers as well. Hopefully you have the strength to fight for her and your marriage. I know it’s hard to fight to keep something afloat that is just sinking but just remember you married her and she is worth it. All the prayers received and an incident that happened just last night has opened up my husbands eyes and realization that we do need help. He is now willing to talk to someone to save us. Good Luck and here’s a prayer for you:

God is great! 🙂 I am so happy for you. Keep the faith and keep my wife in my prayers.

There is a difference between acting like a man and acting like a boy. Stay together. Separate as a last resort, not divorce. Divorce has far reaching consequences.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help, please pray for these two who are struggling with their marriage.

Hail Mary full of Grace, the Lord is with Thee
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus
Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of our death, amen.

Thanks everyone for your prayers. It has definitely helped.
