So God created space, a wastland, water, And light on the
first day. Is that right? Or were those things previously created
prior to the first day? What if God created this place before,
with events happening that we have no knowledge of? What if
it was all covered with water because it was flooded like in
Noah’s time? What if the reason some scientists think the
earth is so old is because it’s true, and all the prior histories
of the earth are unrecorded for us? Or maybe it all started
on the same day He created light.
I am happy with the responsorial psalm: May the Lord be glad
in His works, because He has feelings and I want them to be
glad ones today.
“All who touched it were healed”
If those who touched the tassle on His clothes were healed,
how much more so those who receive the Eucharist in faith?
So what struck you about today’s readings?:bible1:
