This is wonderful news and I am so happy you took this step! I know exactly how it can feel like you are an “outsider looking in” as a convert. I’ve had the same experience since being received into the Church this year. It was an amazing feeling to become a member of the Body of Christ, but it has been a very hard six months since. I still haven’t worked up the courage to make my first confession, but your testimony does give me hope that one day maybe I can stop being so afraid of taking this step. May God bless you abundantly in your journey and keep being an inspiration to others!

Thanks for that. Thanks for sharing those thoughts. Yeah. Making that step was pretty scary. I’m admitting that. It’s true. But I did make some, ah, partial confessions before this one. Before the big one. And those partial ones helped to break the ice a bit. But still. This took me a long time to muster up to. But there are reasons for that. But then there always are, right? But I mean I really hope you don’t take that long. As long as it took me. I hope you just go for it. Maybe think of it as a bit of a place to catch a thrill. Like an extreme sport. Or something.

Thanks man. I really appreciate that. Knowing you’re there like that helps a lot. Because that edge can sometimes come up pretty fast!
