could someone tell me how negotiations to bring them into full communion with holy see are coming?

I saw an article in the last couple of days that thought internal disagreements in the SSPX probably indicate that they will not accept the current offer. However, I don’t know how reliable that source was. I just glanced at it, and now can’t find it again.

I have the impression that the Holy See is not inclined to change that offer, but that is just my impression.
