Sola Scriptura a "Traditon of Men!?"

Many Protestants claim there are certain doctrines taught by the Roman Catholic Church that find their basis in the “traditions of men.”
What they mean by this is that certain doctrines have no basis in Scripture and were never taught by the Apostles and therefore are “tradtions of men.”
My question is this:
Why do they not apply this criteria to their own doctrines? What about Sola Scriptura? Was this taught by the Apostles?
Is it not a “tradition of men?”

If you really know your New Testament, it is easy to read the Old Testament. Did you know there are over 300 references to the Old Testament in the Revelation of Jesus Christ alone.

Did you know that over 30 prophesies from the Old Testament were fulfilled in one day concerning Jesus on the day He was crucified?

Why did Jesus quote from the Old Testament and say: John 5:39-40 Search the scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And you will not come to me, that you might have life.
Luke 24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

Jesus has already fulfilled in person four of the seven Feasts of Israel; He will fulfill the rest when He comes back. See this it is awesome!

What does any of this have to do with the subject of this thread? Did you read any of the posts here other than the first one? What is your point?
