Does anyone know of any good books on the whole issue of Sola Scriptura and Sacred Tradition? Thanks and God bless.

That is very meritorious of you. I was there for a few days while the forum was down and I could not get myself to stay (as terrible as that is on my part). The biggest problem (aside from having nobody to support me) was that the persons I was interacting with were rejecting the most insignificant and evident of things, even when I quoted well respected, orthodoc, anti-Catholic Protestant experts to support it. I felt that if they could not accept those things, there was little point to making the effort with matters upon which there was actually significance. And a hearty amen! That is a great book! I would also recommend a booklet “21 Reasons to Reject Sola Scriptura” (I think that’s the title – not sure who the author is)By What Authority, by Mark Shea…brilliant book!
Joel Peters wrote that one. Also, I’d highly recommend Robert Sungenis’ book, Not By Scripture Alone: A Catholic Critique of the Protestant Doctrine of Sola Scriptura (Queenship, 1997).That is a great book!
