Solomn High Mass in EF on EWTN

Was that August 15th? I don’t think I saw an early Mass but did watch one later. I had never seen what is termed the “EF” Mass but have only attended Tridentine and Novus Ordo. While the EF is a nice accomodation, I guess I’ve gotten settled into all Latin !

It was August 22 - the Feast of the Immaculate Heart (August 15 is the Assumption).

EF (Extraordinary Form)=Tridentine=TLM (Traditional Latin Mass). So, if you’ve attended a Tridentine Mass, then you have attended an EF Mass. They do have Novus Ordo Masses ad orientam with Latin, but that is not the EF - that is simply the OF (Ordinary Form/Novus Ordo), offered, arguably, the way is was originally intended.
