I am sure Jesus welcomed her with open arms.
You can bet your soul on that!
Matthew 10:28
And fear ye not them that kill the body, and are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him that can destroy both soul and body in hell.

I read a book this past summer called, “Infidel,” by Ayaan Hirsi Ali.

She is a Somalian woman, who fled to Holland after being forced into marriage by her father.

She finally rejected Islam and all religion for that matter.

You may recall the Dutch film director who was shot and killed on the street in Amsterdam a few years back? Well, it was Ayaan’s movie that he directed, which cost him his life.

Ayaan’s life is constantly threatened by Somalis and other Muslim fundamentalist, since the writing of her book.

Hi Jim,
Ayaan Hirsi Ali endured an horrific life before she fled to Europe. She now lives in hiding.
These Islamic extremists do not place any value on life. And yet they claim to act on religious grounds. They do not see the tragic wasteful contradiction.
My prayers to Christ for the Somali teenage girl.
God Bless Christians everywhere.
Colmcille.

This is what it means to be a Christian. To risk losing your earthly life for the sake of embracing Truth and in the end, Eternal Life. Christian Americans take notice.:amen:

How very sad that the world hates Christians so much that they will have them murdered in some circumstances such as this one. I also imagine that Jesus welcomed her with open arms.

We should pray for the conversion of her murderers as well.

In Islam, it is sin (haraam) and punishable by death if a Muslim converts to any other religion.

Rest In Peace:gopray:

She’s in a peace now that she could never have found on Earth.

Puts it into perspective, doesn’t it, so many of us Western Christians complain when court rooms want to remove the ten commandements or people get iffy about a public Christmas display, yet even in 2010 people are being murdered for a faith so many seem to take for granted over here.

Her place in Heaven, a Martyr’s Place-a very high place, indeed.

We’re just passing through this world-our forever is in the next life. This one lasts only so long…even if it’s 100 years-that is short compared to forever-never ending.

Like our Pope Benedict says:

Pope laments religious persecution as threat to world peace, says Christians suffer most

VATICAN CITY - Pope Benedict XVI said Thursday that Christians suffer more religious persecution than any other group, denouncing lack of freedom of worship as an “intolerable” threat to world security.

The message reflected a pressing concern by Benedict in recent months for the plight of Christian minorities in parts of the world, especially in the Middle East.

“Sadly, the year now ending has again been marked by persecution, discrimination, terrible acts of violence and religious intolerance,” Benedict lamented in the message for World Peace Day, celebrated by the church on Jan. 1, but traditionally released in advance……

May she pray for us.
God Bless you.
+Peace On Earth, Good Will Toward Men.
Love, Dawn

Hirsi Ali it should be noted is less trustworthy than she appears and has admitted when questioned closely that she actually lied in regards to some of the information she gave the Dutch when applying for asylum. That to me makes her a bad witness to cite as she can be used against you by those aware of this about her.
Ayaan lied when she applied for asylum in Holland stating that she was fleeing the war in Somalia, but in reality, she was fleeing both, but mostly the marriage her father had forced her into.

She had told the immigration official that she had lied on her application, but the official told her it didn’t matter.

It should be noted that officials did not catch Ayaan in this lie, but she herself came out and told of it.

That all being said, what she went through in her life in Somalia, including female circumcision is true and she should not be discredited for the misinformation she gave on her application for asylum in Holland.

I think most people in her circumstances would’ve lied. Fact is, many Somali’s including males who applied for asylum in Holland, in fact lied and they had less justification than she did.

I have no problem with her credibility. I would suggest you read her book and you’ll be impressed with her story.

Jim
