I’m not sure if I’m in the right forum, but here goes. With the kind permission of our music director, I have posted some music from my parish on YouTube. My parish is St. Martin of Tours, in Louiville, Kentucky. I’m really thankful that I belong to this parish, because we have very reverent Novus Ordo Masses, and we also have a TLM. Below is some music from this past Sunday’s Novus Ordo Mass. I think that many of you will enjoy this. However, if you’re looking for guitars and the like, you won’t find them here.

I’d rather that the original lyrics be sung on the third piece, but oh well. The videos are audio only, but hopefully, you’ll get an idea of one of the reasons why I like my parish so much, that I almost can’t bare to go to Mass anywhere else. Enjoy!

Josh, thank you for sharing.
Your parish is very blessed!
Truly beautiful and inspirational music and singing. :harp:

Thank you for posting these. I can see one of the reasons why you love attending mass there. The music is such an organic part of the liturgy and it doesn’t feel like it’s just something popped in there.

Thanks!

It’s not only the music that keeps me going there. We have the best, and most orthodox RCIA program in the whole city, and we have perpetual Eucharistic adoration. Most of the people there are great as well.

The Novus Ordo choir director just took over the Latin choir, which I’m now a part of, so I don’t think it will be long before the Latin choir sounds as good as the Novus Ordo choir heard in my videos.

I’d like to thank MannaG, for recommending that I go back to St. Martin of Tours for RCIA after a bad experience at another parish.

That’s great that you’re joining the Latin choir, TBolt!!! 😃 And thanks for putting these up on youtube… now I can enjoy the choir whenever I want and not have to wait 'til Sunday! :heaven:

Thanks for listening. I’ve got some more music from last Sunday’s Novus Ordo, and some music from the TLM, which I plan on posting soon. Please feel free to subscribe to my videos if you’d like, because I hope to post some music from church every week. The YouTube user Zestas also has some videos of our choir.
