I was at this Mass and have the booklet. The entrance song was “Lord, You Give the Great Commission”, written by Jeffrey Rowthorn, who was born in 1934. At the back of the booklet for the Mass it has: “The words of the hymn “Lord, you give the great commission” are (c) 1978 by Hope Publishing Co., Carol Stream, Il 60188, USA.” The hymn is also published in Gather Australia, NMLC Publications and GIA Publications, 1995, ISBN 0-941051-72-6, hymn number 313. In Gather Australia there are five verses, but the fourth verse was left out in the booklet for the Mass.
 
Lord, You Give the Great Commission is also in the Worship III hymnal and my cathedral choir sings it at the Chrism Mass every year as well.
 
This song appears also in most Oregon Catholic Press publications, although the words have almost certainly been altered.
