This is a recent article but similar to another from 2 years ago.

I see no inconsistency with this. The state can do what they want. Of course, I would never use these myself.

To me, it is a topic that is a bit on the backburner, I haven’t really thought it out much. I guess, voting-wise, if it ever came up for a vote that is, we would be compelled to reject it.
