Someone with no sins to confess?

Is requirement only in effect for those who have sinned during the year, do would you have to go once a year regardless of whether you have sinned?
The Latin Catholic Church requires the confession of mortal sins, if any, annually, nominally at Easter.

The eastern Catholic Churches require confession of serious sins, as soon as one is aware of them.
 
Our Lord Christ Himself has committed no sin;

And is it possible that it is some one live in this world never have sin just have small wrongs?
