I try to be mature and act my age. It’s difficult at times (I don’t know what’s the matter with me, I just need to put in a bit of effort sometimes to act properly, and I’m in constant terror of disgrace), perhaps I’ve just been down recently. Sorry for complaining.

Hey, we all need to complain sometimes, especially when we get down! 🙂 Some things that happen recently do have a way of throwing us all. Its uncanny how many of the sins I confess can be traced back to that. You are not alone and you are in my prayers.

Sounds like a self-esteem issue. Try to build your confidence. Sometimes what we have said and done are really not as dreadful or awkward as we may think. Perhaps no one is judging you that strongly. Praying for you, for strength, courage, and wisdom.
