My heart goes out to you. I will pray for you. I can tell you that to the Catholic it is a grave sin to judge the
state of another person’s soul. We are supposed to judge sin, but we are never to assume to judge whether another person is going to hell. We put our trust in the divine Mercy of Christ. Only God can judge souls. We are required to judge sinful behaviour and are called to help others in a state of sinful behavior and lead them from sin and to Christ, but NEVER tell them they are going to hell or claim that a particular person went to hell or is going to hell.

I have been Catholic all my life and went through a miserable time as a teenager going to a mostly anti-Catholic highschool. I didnt' know how to defend the Church very well, until I was an adult and discovered the Catechism and books on Apologetics. The Holy Spirit is calling **you** to Truth. You may need some time to study and learn, read the Catechism, Scripture, and as much information as you can at EWTN and Catholic Answers Radio website. You may not be comfortable with standing up against an entire congregation or prayer group. You must arm yourself with prayer, you are in a spiritual warfare. Just remember that you are being attacked because of Jesus, and His teachings. When Protestant Churches attack the Catholic Church it is out of fear. How frightening for a person to think that their religious beliefs could be wrong, that there is a Universal Church that Christ established to keep his teachings to the Apostles intact, especially if they have spent their whole life protesting the Catholic Church. They need to come up will all kinds of slandarous and horrible accusations to villanize the Catholic Church. They want to be able to decide for themselves what they want to believe. Fear and Pride are not from the Lord. Plainly put we are* not* idolators. I would rather die than commit idolatry.
The sad thing is, no matter what you say the attacks will keep coming. Pray with all you have, and if you feel called to verbally defend the Catholic Church do it, but don’t allow pride and hate enter your heart. It would take a strong person in your situation to stand up to defend the Church with verbal discussions. The most important thing you can do is guard your soul with constant prayer.
“…Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.” Luke 6.27 .
…“I say love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Matt 5:44
Let the Beatitudes guide you, through the frustration, especially:
"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for riteousness, for they will be filled.
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when people revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Read all the verses- Matt 5:1-12
You know these accusations are false, offer up your suffering to the Lord for the conversion of sinners,
Here is a prayer we use to offer up our sufferings to the Lord:
“Oh my Jesus, save us from the fires of hell. Lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of thy mercy.”
I pray for you on your difficult journey. The Lord will bless you tenfold for what you must go through for Christ.
