May be a step off the norm. However, have you ever looked into eastern medicine practices. Duch as coupling or accupuncture. I am a runner and read stories where people swear by it. You have to make sure you go to someone who is credible, license, and professional. Could be worth a shot!

I have not officially looked into it, but I have been thinking about it. I actually visit a massage therapist weekly, who has helped me immensely with a herniated disc in my neck. She is licensed in deep tissue massage, as well as some Eastern Medicine practices. I’ll talk to her. Thanks for the idea!
