Yes, so we have two animals having sex and then giving birth to a human?
I think I know where you are coming from.

If I am right, you need to figure in that it would not be two animals having sex. It would be large indiscriminate populations having random sex partners.

You have to be kidding…

Maybe I have been left behind as the new CAF thing is being worked on.

Or maybe your comment is simply part of an awful dream.

Please, Please tell me that you did not mean what is implied.

Since this is early morning for me, I can only wonder what is really behind the “no response”. It is too early to think about leaving out the Catholic.
I have never seen a prominent Catholic reconcile Adam and Eve with the science of Human evolution. Neither have i seen Any Catholic apologist on this site do so either.
The only thing that has been said is that we must believe as a matter of Catholic Dogma that all humans today owe their linage to Adam and Eve and them alone. We are not allowed to believe that human beings with souls existed after Adam and Eve that did not owe their genetic linage to Adam and Eve.

Sorry Granny this is a tough one. Which is probably why Catholic Answers have not responded to you.
Catholic Answers has the top Catholic Apologetics. Something is different. Maybe the story was accidentally thrown in the trash. Mistakes can happen.

I keep hoping that someone important will understand the attack on Original Sin and Adam. Maybe, that someone important will care enough about Catholicism to approach the Catholic Answers Apologists.

I am just a granny. Why would someone very smart like a Catholic Answers
Apologist actually listen to an old granny?

Ageism is wrong. You shouldn’t be ignored just because you are a granny.

I agree with the following.

*"In the dialogue among Christians, though, I notice a false dichotomy. Evolution is spoken of as the unproven belief that all living matter was created by the unguided process of natural selection and random mutations. Likewise, the origin of life from inanimate matter, such as from chemical precursors in primordial soup, deep-sea hydrothermal vents, or out in the panspermic cosmos, is deemed implausible because such theories assume that life happened by chance, devoid of any participating intelligence.

Therefore, Christians (some, not all) think that evolution and chemical abiogenesis must be proven untrue to prove the opposite, that God had an intervening hand in creation. The choice for a Christian, so it is purported, is either nature or creation.

But it’s not like that, is it? Nature is creation. The Christian God is not some deity who was just minding his business one day, tripped over this mess we call nature, and decided to arrange things to his liking. Our God is not a gardener pruning his azaleas. No, he is God almighty, creator of heaven and earth down to every last electron and quark, holding everything that exists in existence. He is existence itself. This assumption that we must choose between nature (unguided, random, chance) and creation (designed) is the result of myopia when people anthropomorphize God. It is, well, to miss the forest for the trees. The solution, however, is easy."

God is not a designer. He created the laws of physics so that nature would design itself.

The quoted part is very good. There is a lot to learn from it. Please take your time.

**Where is the absolutely needed point about basic evolution? **

Don’t stop with the above. Go through the whole article. It is o.k. if you find more than one absolutely needed point about basic evolution. Find a dozen needed points. I am serious about this. CAF participants need to learn basic evolution theory in order to understand.

This article has Evolution in the title. Go for it.

Obviously, Evolution theory is the process used to produce our human species.

First. Evolution Theory accepts the fact that at some point life occurred. tolweb.org/Life_on_Earth/1
As long as there are living scientists, there will be abiogenesis discussions.

Going quickly forward past happy dinosaurs, we find happy hominins whose fossil remains indicate that they were getting a grip on life as their anatomy developed somewhat close to the future decomposing human anatomy. There is research as to how the foot developed into winning gold at the Olympics.

The key to the above is that the evolution process took place in large indiscriminate fun loving random breeding humanizing populations. It is the word populations which opposes the Catholic teachings about the loving first couple on earth.

In the following article, the apologetic mistake is not the description of atoms and molecules, organized into physical systems, doing their thing and it is not praying the Catholic Creed when one should be deep in the Science of Human Evolution.

The mistake is a serious omission of an essential rule in the evolution model.

In the article link below, the large necessary populations to produce a new species is under the rug. Catholics need to quickly understand that the series of populations in the Science of Human Evolution is not the same as two fully-human individuals known as Eve and Adam.
