Sometimes I can’t help but wonder if I’m more Catholic than I am Christian.

Sometimes it seems as if I’m much more inclined to belong to “the party of Christ” than the true evangelism.

Sometimes I’m tired of caring – and sometimes I’m afraid that I don’t care enough.

Sometimes I wish I didn’t share my thoughts with everyone…

It sounds like you need to relax more. I recommended trying out a retreat a while ago. Even though it looks like you’ve recooperated a lot since then, I still recommend it as a highly valuable option. It could truly bless you and bring peace and a time of calm with God.
