Hi Trinia,
since he is in jail,
I am confused by what you might mean by worrying
that you “not enable him.”???

Jails are very wickedness-filled and dangerous places.
If he is a Christian, and repentant for what he did,
it is no sin for you to pray to God to get him out of there,
even on supervised release.
After all, God has pardoned many very, very bad people
and even restored their fortunes:
King Manasseh of Judah murdered thousands of innocent people
in Jerusalem and Judah, murdered his OWN infant children,
KILLED the prophets whom God sent to him over and over again
warning him to cease his crimes, and even (according to Jewish tradition)
had the Prophet Isaiah - the Great Prophet Isaiah - sawed in half to shut him
up and stop him from warning him in the Name of God !!!
God not only FORGAVE this mass murderer, he went even further
and RESTORED HIM TO THE THRONE and all his fortunes which come
with being “the king.” Not just release from jail, but restored this mass-murdering,
prophet-killing man to His Divine Favor, to his Throne in Jerusalem, and all his fortunes.
The KEY is repentance.
May God bless you and grant your son repentance and protection
in that demon-filled, dangerous place.
