Son went missing (UPDATE- He has been found safe!)

UPDATE (2):
He just called me from a hospital in his city!! Police found him delusional and wandering a neighborhood. He is now safe and getting the help he needs!! Thank you SO very much for your prayers!! To God be the glory!!!

UPDATE: No word from him, but a friend in his city called his grandmother (where he has been living) and said that “a friend” was picking him up and driving him to the city where I live. Not sure who, or when, or if it’s even true. I’ve left messages with the caller but no reply. He left all of his belongings, including his car, at his grandmother’s house. Keep praying! Thank you so much!

My 22 year old son, who has had drug/alcohol issues since he was 15, and was diagnosed as bipolar last year, is missing. He’s not in the same city as me. He went missing last night, on foot, and does not have a working cell phone (unless he has the presence of mind to purchase more minutes). He was sober for a while, but then went off his bipolar medications and began using drugs again. He called me yesterday and was talking irrationally- I’m not sure if it’s due to the drugs (inhalants), or because he’s having a psychotic episode due to the bipolar issue.

Please pray for his safety, and that he is found.

nervous disorders. She is thus an inspiration and a symbol
of charity to the thousands who ask her intercession.

Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure,
youthful martyr, relief and consolation to all suffering
such trials –– especially Sugabee43’s son, who has
bipolar disorder.

We beg You, Lord, to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna
on his behalf. Protect him and guide him home. Grant
him the relief he so needs. Guide him to take his
psychiatric medications and stop using illicit drugs.

This must be so difficult, I can’t imagine. Praying his guardian angel has things well in hand, and that he returns safely very soon!
