Sorrow for sin

Hey do any of you know short online resources that help with cultivating true sorrow for sin & having offended god? Maybe that depicts the consequences of sin (hell) in such a way that it will free you from affections to it.

Lots of the spiritual classics are - just do a google search. Which is really good for cheap … ahem … cash-strapped persons like myself.

For me, nothing beats meditating on a crucifix or a painting of the crucifixion.

Or you may want to meditate on the Stations of the Cross. Try the meditations of St. Alphonsus Liguori: catholic-forum.com/saints/way00004.htm .
