Sorry for my post earlier

Hello everybody, I am sorry for that post I made “rejoicing” about how liberals are “turning against” Pope Francis. I shouldn’t have used that tone to express my feelings. I guess the reason I did so is because it annoys me how many liberals seriously think he is going to change the Church’s controversial teachings. Also because my grandpa who is a nonbeliever is constantly reporting to me about everything Francis says and does that he agrees with, but whenever he says something “conservative” my grandpa doesn’t say even a word. Also because conservative figures already have a record of criticizing him, so it’s nice to see liberals do it as well. So that’s why I got a bit more excited than I should’ve been. I hope you can overlook that folks .

The thing is, it shouldn’t matter to anyone if a Pope is
what they consider “liberal” or “conservative.”
And it shouldn’t matter what some opinion poll says about the Pope.

The Pope is the Vicar of Christ on Earth,
guided by the Holy Spirit
to lead and teach faith and morals.

Jesus has guaranteed that the gates of Hell
will not prevail against the Church.

Jesus, I trust in You.
