Yeah, I’ve been mostly in Philadelphia/ Wilmington area all month and the weather has been so nice here, I’ve been going out in a hoodie or a sports jersey almost every day. Only had to wear my winter coat maybe 3 times, today was one of them. But temps in Jan usually average around 32F but this year its been 42 all month
I’ve definitely been in situations where I would have been much more comfortable had I prepared for wind chill. It may not matter much when you’re already bundled up, but it can make a difference when deciding how much you need to wear.First off wind chill is a joke. The temp is the temp.
