Speaking of Priests

There are a couple of places in the NT that address the topic of speaking negatively (gossip) about the ministers/Priests/Deacons. Can someone please guide me to these scriptures?
 
I’m a little vague on this one. Are you sure you’re not thinking of St. Clement’s Epistle to the Church in Corinth or any of St. Ignatius’ letters?
 
1 Tim. 5:17-19 ?

17 Let the priests that rule well, be esteemed worthy of double honor: especially they who labor in the word and doctrine: 18 For the scripture says: Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treads out the corn: and, The laborer is worthy of his reward. 19 Against a priest receive not an accusation, but under two or three witnesses.
